Sales Process

Each property on the property for sales page offers you two ways to purchase land:

1) Cash-Pay a one time cash price through your pay pal account. No document fees..

2) Financed-Pay for the first month only through your pay pal account. No document fee. No interest ever.

Monthly installments thereafter shall be forwarded to RURALLAND USA LLC, 2489 Legion Street, Bellmore, NY 11710.

Please advise us of your contact info for the cash or financed sale so that we may prepare paperwork.  If you do not contact us we will use the name and address pay pal provided from your account.

If you do not have a pay pal account and would ike to buy land please email us at rurallandusa@yahoo.com or call us at 516-643-4194 or 516-815-6115.   We accept your personal checks, bank checks or money orders.
